Get in touch
Include your device model, iOS and FloraFlor versions, and the steps you followed. Do not send passwords or your Apple account details.
iCloud sync
In Settings → iCloud you can check the status and last sync. Check your connection, available storage and active Apple account. Your garden remains available locally when iCloud is disconnected.
Care reminders
Check notification permissions in iOS Settings. Reminders prompt you to check the potting mix; they do not replace observing roots and moisture.
Your data
Use Settings → My data to export or delete your garden. Read the privacy policy to understand how deletions sync through iCloud.
